Creative Impact Model

The Creative Impact Model is non hierarchical team leadership concept developed by Jason w. Lehman. It is specifically designed to empower teams to grow through a spirit of unity and cooperation because it downplays the need for micro management and control. It is a progressive concept that works best in younger ministries that desire to embrace the arts as a vehicle for effective worship. It has been integrated and adapted in many churches and organizations.

The concept is based upon 6 key components:

1. Inspiration (Where is God leading?)
2. Mentoring (Who is God raising up to lead and support?)
3. Presentation (What will people experience?)
4. Administration (What details are there?)
5. Creativity (How can arts tell the story?)
6. Technology (How will technology make the connection?)
